Refund Policy — Clear and Fair

As a proud Canadian small business based in Ontario, we believe in providing transparent and fair service. Here is everything you need to know about refunds at PIPA Fashion.

When Your Refund Applies

You are eligible for a refund when:

  • You return an item within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is in brand-new, unused condition with tags and original packaging

  • The item is not a clearance or discounted product, a gift card, or an intimate item (unless unopened)

  • The return has been initiated through our Returns Centre and shipped to our Ontario location

What We Refund

  • Full-price items: Your refund will include the item’s purchase price, minus any original shipping charges

  • Clearance or discount items: These are final sale, but we can issue store credit instead

  • Gift cards, used items, and intimate items: These are not eligible for refund or credit

How and When You’ll Receive It

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days

  • It may take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank

No Extra Charges

We do not charge restocking fees. You are responsible for return shipping. For packages valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.

Need to Make an Exchange?

If you select an exchange during the return process at our Returns Centre, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost. If the item is not available, we will contact you with options such as a refund or store credit.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at service@pipafashion.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
